Roy Markus, Owner of Rob Roy Homes Inc., started his career working in building material sales where he refined his estimating skills and knowledge of construction components.
He then became a designer for REICO Kitchen and Bath where he designed kitchens, baths, entertainment centers, and home office cabinetry. At REICO, he also worked with contractors, builders and architects to redesign space for homeowners needs.
After designing and building his own home in New Market, MD, in 2001, Roy worked as a project manager on multiple job sites in Washington, D.C. He managed over 20 projects in five years, ranging from the remodeling of single family townhomes to the complete renovation of a 30-unit apartment building into luxury condos. Two of the condo projects were constructed from the ground up.
Building on his knowledge and experience, Roy started Rob Roy Homes in 2004, obtained his Maryland Home Improvement license and started working on residential and commercial projects. Now he is ready to help you design, build and achieve your next home improvement vision.
